1. Do I need to come into your office to purchase a marker?
Families can choose to come into our office to look at the various designs and color samples of bronze, and granite stones we have on display. However, it isn’t a must to do so; as we have customers that have ordered markers from us locally, from the USA, across Canada, and even overseas. We can do everything through email or even a phone call.
If you would like to come in, please contact us to make an appointment
2. What happens after I place an order with you?
We would need a deposit, and the wording on the marker to do a mock up for your review. Once you approve the design/layout, we would send the paperwork and the approved drawing to the cemetery for their confirmation and approval. Once approved, we can proceed to order the marker.
3. What is the turnaround time for the completion of the markers?
As we do the engraving at our shop, the turnaround time is quite fast.
If we have the flat marker or an upright monument in stock, the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the cemetery’s response.
If we have to special order it in for a customized order, the estimated time is about 3 months. Bronze markers take about 2-3 months.
4. Do I have to purchase a casket or a marker at the cemetery?
Under the Consumer Protection Act in BC, it states that consumers can purchase funeral and cemetery supplies and services from any independent company, not just from a funeral home and cemetery.
5. Do you do final engravings?
Yes, we do final engravings for all flat markers, pillow markers or upright monuments. Just send us a photo of the existing marker or monument, and we can give you a quotation.
